 Bio

Background Information:

I am a first year Clinical Psychology Ph.D. student working with Drs. Lejuez and MacPherson in the CAPER Lab. I graduated from Brown University with a B.S. in Psychology in 2008. At Brown, I worked with Dr. Jack Wright examining behavior change in emotionally and behaviorally disturbed youth attending a residential treatment program. My honors thesis focused on this research, as well as on examining how adults understand children's behavior changes. From 2008-2009, I lived in Japan and taught English to junior high school students through the JET Programme.

Research Interests:

My research interests span three interrelated domains: psychopathology, addiction, and evidence-based therapy. I would like to integrate these interests by examining treatments beneficial to individuals with dual diagnoses.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy doing all types of dance- especially modern and jazz. Additionally, I love cooking and camping.
