 Bio

Background Information

I am currently a junior at the University of Maryland with a major in psychology and a double minor in English and philosophy. I am helping with various projects for both Dr. Laura MacPherson and Dr. Carl Lejuez, and writing an honors thesis on perceptions of and reactions to negative symptoms in social anhedonics under the supervision of Dr. Jack Blanchard. After graduation I plan on pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology.

Research Interests

I am interested in various areas of psychology, primarily addiction, PTSD, and treatment of dual diagnoses. Studies such as Dr. Lejuez's anxiety sensitivity treatment study for heroin addicts fosters my interest in these areas.
