Background Information
I graduated from the University of Maryland - College Park in December 2008 with a B.S. in psychology. I worked with Dr. Tull from January - June in 2008 on a study on PTSD/Substance Abuse co-morbidity at the Salvation Army Harbor Light Treatment center, and I also helped run his Delayed Discounting study. During the summer of 2008, I primarily worked on the Cocaine/Heroin study and continued to do so until the summer of 2009. I also conduct SCID interviews and will be working on the AST-H study.
Research Interests
I am interested in the application of mindfulness-based treatments to anxiety disorders with co-morbid substance use. I am also interested in adjunctive therapeutic interventions based on the research being done in positive psychology.
