Background Information
I am a full time research assistant in the CAPER lab. I graduated from Princeton University in 2007 with a B.A. in psychology. I am currently the Project Manager for the Behavioral Activation Treatment for Depressed Smokers (BATS) study. This project examines the effects of Behavioral Activation Treatment and standard treatment on smoking cessation in a group of smokers with elevated depressive symptoms. In addition, I am working on a study with adolescents that aims to determine if subject responses to two computerized tasks, the BIRD and the BART, predict future engagement in an aggregate of risky behaviors related to HIV acquisition and transmission. After this year I plan on pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical psychology.
