Background Information

My dissertation, defended in July, ocused on the roles of fear of abandonment and fear of positive evaluation in Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I am interested in continuing to research BPD, as well as mood and anxiety disorders, while on internship at Medical University of South Carolina.

Research Interests

My research interests include: the effects of personality variables on treatment outcome, the integration of social psychology research into clinical treatment development, and mechanisms involved in the development and treatment of personality disorders.

Personal Interests

When not working, I am exploring Charleston, reading, and spending time with my husband.
